TISSO has its ideals deep rooted in its originator and mentor - C&A's Initiative for Social Development - CSID, which imparts wholesome support to TISSO. C&A is an international chain of fashion retail clothing stores, with European head office in Vilvoorde, Belgium.

CISD primarily acts as a catalyst for change in these projects, while the operational aspects are being fulfilled by TISSO, CISD-TISSO takes immense pride in having been constituted in Tirupur by like-minded individuals sharing similar compassion so as to serve the unaffordable lot: the children, in particular.

All the trust members have extended significant contribution towards establishment of projects, aprt from having put forth absolute participation and cooperation in running them successfully as well. The Goverment of India has certified the organisation with the 80G exemption of the income tax and also the FCRA, in order to receive funds from abroad and make use of it development activities.
